FAQs with Andrew

  • My interest in fitness came about naturally starting with childhood playing, then competition, and then wanting to compete at a higher level. This process along with coaching athletes and teams in different sports sparked an interest into researching and gaining knowledge on how to improve sport specific fitness.

  • The best part is the challenge of evaluating and then planning F.U.N training sequences. I enjoy safely helping individuals and groups reach their fitness goals while building a community rapport. The end goal is always to promote “Fitness Lifestyle for Life”.

  • I don’t have just one, but creative exercises that challenge stability in order to set one’s CORE while building overall strength. Raised- feet, exercise ball rollout-push up combo would be an example.

  • My favourite is a slice of thin crust sourdough pizza with pepperoni, pineapple, hot peppers and mushrooms.

  • Having been in the industry for years, I have worked with many clients for a decade or more. There’s not one specific group, and I enjoy working equally with pro, junior and recreational athletes, as well as working adults. I have a number of fun, hard-working clients in the men’s ‘fit over 50’ demographic.

  • I like any song with a smooth beat; ‘Can I get a…’ is on my workout playlist right now.
