Getting started with nutrition at ProActive

A nutrition consultation provides an opportunity to meet with the Nutritionist and help you create an individualized plan of action. Based on your history and your goals, we’ll determine which direction is needed, whether it’s a more hands-on approach, or more guidance and information.

A nutrition consultation is 45 minutes, and is recommended if you haven’t worked with Holistic Nutritionist Eni before, or if you have new goals, or health changes.
