Eni (pronounced “Annie”) is passionate about a whole-person, individualized approach to treatments. She ensures her clients are empowered through education and collaboration in returning to their most optimal movement and best quality of life. Eni graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree and post-masters certificate in Advanced Orthopaedics from D’Youville College in Buffalo, New York. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University in 2012 where she worked as a personal trainer, volunteer strength and conditioning coach and sport medicine volunteer with a variety of varsity sports. She began her career as a Kinesiologist and after several years in outpatient orthopedics, decided to pursue higher education with her DPT. Since graduating, Eni has been working as a travelling physical therapist in the United States and has had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient rehab as well as orthopedics.

Eni has continued to pursue further education since graduation including a certificate in Dry Needling, Complete Concussion Management, spinal manipulation and most recently a certificate in Holistic Nutrition. Eni believes there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to helping her clients recover from injuries and return to pain-free, uninhibited movement. She uses a combination of manual therapies (such as soft tissue and joint mobilization, instrument-assisted soft tissue release, dynamic cupping and muscle energy techniques) and active therapies (such as strength training, therapeutic exercise, proprioceptive training and neuromuscular re-education) to treat each person’s individual needs and progress them to achieving their goals. She enjoys working with active populations, including runners and dancers. Her background is in strength & conditioning, and is adept at troubleshooting pain and discomfort from exercise. She loves sharing her expertise and experience and helping you live happier and healthier!
