We all need inspiration from time to time. Keeping on track with our health goals may require encouragement and ideas from books, online articles, videos and professionals.

The ProActive Fitness Team all have their own ways of motivating themselves, and promoting health and active lifestyles amongst their clients. Below are the results of the Training Team’s Q & A posts:
