Get that workout done! Instead of having to ‘choose your own adventure’ the workout is designed for you, no thinking required. Just show up and move!
All levels welcome - ProActive Group Fitness Classes are designed to be challenging for advanced participants, and adaptable for beginners

No gym membership or commitments needed
We offer weekly Group Fitness Classes - including but not limited to Bootcamp, TRX, Tabata, Body Burn, HIIT, Yoga Stretch, Cycling, Progressive Training and Circuits. Keep an eye on our Workshops Page as well, for interactive seminars and ‘pop-up classes’ with fun themes like Step Aerobics and BoxFit. We believe exercise can be for everyone, and our goal is to meet you at your level, and help you enjoy the activity.
Current Fitness Class Schedule
Class Descriptions:
SPLIT-FIT - An all-around, full body work out that is part cardio, part strength training, part core. Finishes with lots of stretching. Suitable for beginners
TABATA - HIIT class including 20:10 work:rest circuits. Rev up your metabolism with high-intensity interval training. Our most popular group class
PROGRESSIVE TRAINING - All-around workout featuring cardio, core and strength training for ALL levels. This program changes every 6 weeks, allowing you to track your progress
STRETCH CLASS - Guided, group stretching session designed to reduce tightness and increase mobility. Relax, breathe and lengthen your muscles. Mat, stretching strap and therapy balls required
BOOTCAMP - Athletic conditioning circuit class including challenges like agility, plyometrics, balance, strength and core training
CIRCUITS - All levels ‘bootcamp’ style class with timed cardio and resistance/strength training for a full body workout.
FIT IN 45 - An express class designed to give you a great workout in a shorter amount of time. Strength, Cardio & Core in 45 mins! Lower impact, suitable for beginners or intermediate/advanced participants
STRETCH & ROLL EXPRESS* - This stretching class is great for people who are new to yoga, stretching & rolling (therapy balls). This is a slower, mobility style session designed to help with injuries, rehab and general tightness. Bring your mat and your Therapy Balls (Therapy Ball workshop recommended but not mandatory) *45 minute length
STRETCH & FLOW EXPRESS*- This 'vinyasa' style stretch class is designed to get you moving, lengthening & strengthening. Previous stretch class (yoga) experience helpful but not mandatory. Bring your mat and get ready to flow! *45 min length
About ProActive Centre Fitness Classes
All Group Fitness Classes are co-ed, ages 16+ and up to 1 hour in length unless otherwise specified.
We recommend you bring:
water bottle
towel
mat (if you prefer your own)
indoor shoes (clean, rubber soles to ensure your safety)

Pricing for Group Fitness Classes:
Drop-In (single class pass) $16
10-class package $125
20-class package $225
Class packages expire in 3 years. Packages are eligible for bonus & pop-up classes. All Fitness Class prices are subject to HST
Pre-Registered Classes
FUNdamentals of Strength Training
An 8-week pre-registered class, safely teaching the basics of strength training.
This series of 8 sessions is for students grades 8-11, to build a base level of strength, to improve FUN-damental movement patterns and athletic abilities. Affordable training for beginners/intermediates in an uplifting environment!
Saturdays 11am: May 7-June 24
Maximum participants: 15
$120+hst for all 8 sessions. Sign-up and purchase your package at the front desk, 905-937-7908 or online (coming soon). Payment required before first session.
