If you aren’t sure where to start, it’s best to schedule a FREE consultation with one of our ProActive Trainers. You will get a chance to fill out your health information and goals ahead of time, and can discuss what you’re looking for.
…or start with a body composition check
You may instead choose to schedule a longer Body Composition appointment which will be a more in-depth session involving goal-setting, testing and measurements. You will receive your results on the spot, which will help you and your Trainer determine what the best plan could be.
Body Comp appointments are recommended before and after a Training plan or package. Some people like to keep up with them 1-4x/year as a way of tracking progress, staying on track and keeping their health in check.
Not sure if you have enough time for personal training?
Our 30-minute training sessions are for you! Your Trainer will be able to design an effective, time-saving workout that can be squeezed into your lunch break, between doing errands or picking up the kids, or at the end of your workday. These are a popular training style, helping you get the most out of your week without the huge time commitment.

30, 45, 60 minutes
Body Composition
Set/revisit goals, take measurements, and track progress. Involves body part measurements (eg. waist circumference), and body-fat calculations.
25 minutes
Free for anyone new to ProActive’s trainers. Fill out health questionnaire ahead of time which has goals and needs included.
